  1. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have hired me, I will set up a secure mailbox where we can transfer documents safely. In the mailbox are a couple of forms for you to fill out and some information. Once you are ready, you can upload everything to the secure mailbox. When it is all uploaded I will work on your return, ask any questions I might have and hopefully finish within a day or two. When it is done, I will send you a link to pay me online.

  3. What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done all types of tax returns from individuals to corporations. I have helped with adoption credits, self-employment, farms, retirement, education credits and much more.

Most tax returns are completed within 24 hours of receiving all of the necessary information.

  7. How do we pay you? Can you take our fees out of our refund?
At this time there are three options for payment. 1. Credit/debit card 2. Bank Transfer 3. PayPal. At this time we are not offering the service to withhold fees from refunds. It is possible that it will be an option in the future.
  8. Do I need to make estimated quarterly payments for my self-employment?
The answer to this question is an easy one, but is based on the income, deductions, and credits of each family's tax situation. Send me a message asking for help with this and I will do a quick estimate to give you the answer and help you decide how much to pay.
